Bill and I want to thank you for helping to make our Navarre Beach vacation so great. The condo was lovely, and we had a wonderful time. Bill said he’d move to Navarre just to get your massages on a regular basis!

One of the hardest things being military and moving is leaving the people behind you have come to know and trust. That includes not just your new best friends but finding the perfect hair stylist, repair workers and people you trust with your well being.

I tried several massage therapist before finding Kathy. I have problems with my hip, back, ankles and neck from an accident that previously had me in a wheelchair.

Kathy takes time to find exactly where the source is of your pain. She also will use multiple techniques during your session. This allows you to have a massage that is custom tailored to fit your needs not pigeon-holed into a massage style for a price. In the past when Kathy has asked me what type of massage I want I tell her to do what she thinks my body needs. I highly recommend that you would trust her and tell her the same thing when you come in.

Kathy has a great “bedside” manner and will apply the right amount of pressure to actually make a difference with your muscles. I can’t wait to come in again.

p.s. I also tried the reflexology the last time I was in. I was curious as I have never tried it before. It was great. I told Kathy I was bringing my husband in for a lesson! : )

I recently had rotator cuff surgery. When I started Physical Therapy it was suggested I add massage to increase my mobility. I went to Island Escape Massage an Spa with great results.
I have had the deep tissue as well as the relaxing massage with the hot stones. I would recommend Kathy Welshans to anyone with aches and pains that need relief.

I think its great that you are providing a discount to the teachers of Santa Rosa County. I’m sure that they will be feeling some stress in the next few weeks as the start of school draws near.

The Navarre High School Teachers should really take you up on the valuable offer.
